Our  Summer Kitchen is set amongst our landscaped gardens and provides the perfect place to relax and unwind amidst tranquil surrounds. Lounge settings provide a nice option for a cold beverage and a good book, whilst full BBQ facilities make this the ideal place to cook and enjoy local produce in an outside setting. The Summer Kitchen is also a much-loved gathering place for couples or groups travelling together, with plenty of seating and supplies.

Poinciana Cottages are proud to partner with Aloha-Rent-A-Car. We offer car inclusive packages that include daily car hire and comprehensive insurance. Your car will be waiting for you at the airport upon arrival, and your host will greet you an show you to the vehicle, and take you onwards to the accommodation. At the end of the holiday, cars are returned to the airport once again.

Peter & Jackie Pye live on the property at the original homestead ‘Redleaf’. They will provide you with the perfect amount of privacy, and attention as needed. Available for all questions, and excited to share with you their local knowledge so that you can create the ultimate holiday experience on Norfolk Island. Cottages are fully serviced weekly for stays longer than seven days.

Each Cottage has access to wireless NBN Satellite internet. To help get you started, Poinciana Cottages offers each guest a complimentary 1GB voucher, and extra data can be purchased at a very reasonable rate.

Poinciana Cottages is the perfect option for guests travelling together. With 5 cottages on the property, we can comfortably accommodate groups of up to ten people, even fifteen depending on sleeping arrangements. Each cottage can elect to have individual cars or where possible a van could be arranged. Our Summer Kitchen is the perfect meeting place for meals with an outdoor dining table and lounge area, and is fully equipped with BBQ facilities.

Norfolk Island offers many scenic picnic spots. Each Cottage is equipped with picnic rugs, foldable picnic chairs, wine coolers, and a portable thermos so you will have everything you need for a wonderful outdoor adventure.

With spectacular scenery around every corner, Norfolk Island sure does deliver the goods when it comes to Weddings. If you are looking for private self-contained accommodation for wedding guests (including the bride and groom), Poinciana Cottages will happily cater for group bookings. We will be too happy to introduce you to local suppliers to help plan your perfect day.

We highly recommend a half day tour with local provider Baunti Escapes. This tour is a fantastic introduction to our island and will be the perfect launching pad for your own plans. Baunti Escapes provide a number of excellent tours that cover everything from history and culture, to adventure, food & wine, and beyond. Experiences can be booked directly, or simply ask us if you would like to pre-book anything. Pinetree Tours is another local provider that has a great range of tour options.
